In a closed roundtable taking place at Policy Center for the New South, Professor Matsumoto Shoji, Senior Visiting Fellow, will be presenting his paper “The 2019 Secretary-General Report on the Sahara: What’s New - ‘Neighboring States as Parties’ in Roundtable,” where he provides a thorough analysis of the said 2019 report through a legal perspective.

Séminaire sur invitation

L’Ambassade du Royaume du Maroc en France et le Policy Center for the New South organisent la conférence-débat sous le thème « Le Nord du Maroc : Migration et Développement Territorial » qui se tiendra le jeudi 19 septembre 2019 à 18h00. Cette rencontre-débat se penchera sur une vue globale et un ensemble de données spécifiques pour comprendre les phénomènes de territorialisation, en exposant les réussites mais aussi les difficultés et les limites d’une politique qui nécessite une intelligence territoriale et une innovation afin d’améliorer le bien-être des citoyens, élément fondamental dans les politiques sociales.
