Currently he is undergoing PhD studies in Political Science, Public Administration and International Relations at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, holds a Master´s in International Relations with specialization in Peace, Defense and Security from the San Tiago Dantas Program (Sao Paulo, Brazil), a Bachelor´s in Liberal Arts with orientation in Public Policy from UNSAM (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and graduated from the National Defense School in Argentina.
She entered investigative journalism for Al Arabiya and later joined Al Jazeera English as their Paris correspondent. She teaches journalism and broadcast seminars at the Institut Pratique de Journalisme in Paris, Université Paris Dauphine. In May 2009, she was invited to sit on the Yazid Sabeg Commission on Diversity in the Media created by French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Estelle is an alumna of the Young Leaders Program of the French-American Foundation 2011-2012.
He devotes his free time as a secondary leader and youth mentor at Legacy International, a non-profit organization that focuses on effecting human, social, and national transformation through the propagation and manifestation of clearly defined ethical and values-based principles. Dillon is also currently the Caribbean Youth Think Thank Representative for Saint Kitts and Nevis. He executed the Youth Talk through Arts (YTTA) showcase, where young people expressed themselves, in a non-judgmental arena on issues affecting them, thus highlighting areas of policy development.
He also worked as a desk officer for international organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Basseterre as well as the permanent mission of St. Kitts and Nevis to the UN in New York. Eustace graduated with first class honors degrees from Brock University and University of Toronto, where he pursued studies in Political Science and International Relations.
Between 2002 and 2007, he co-led the UNDP Asia Trade Initiative, a research and advisory project on trade and World Trade Organization (WTO) negotiations covering more than 20 countries. Swarnim holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Australian National University and a master’s in international development from Harvard University.
Prior to joining UBS, in 2008, Mohamed co-founded the first boutique investment bank in United Arab Emirates specialized in local and regional equity derivatives. Mohamed holds a master’s degree in communications systems engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and assisted the Nobel prize for economics laureate Daniel McFadden through a collaboration with the University of California, Berkeley.
André holds a master´s degree in production engineering with an emphasis on economics and innovation from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Since 2007, he has been studying the internationalization of Chinese firms and their activities in Brazil. In 2011 and 2012, he also received merit-based scholarships to participate in courses at the University of California San Diego and the University of Macao focused on the Chinese economy.
At Stanford, he initiated the first ever Stanford business course that brought top executives and students together to spur business strategies for emerging African markets. He is also directing a research project on the “Evolution of African Economies, Political Regimes, and Governance in the 21st Century.” He is the winner of the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches Internationales (CERIUM) Award for Best International Ph.D. Dissertation and The African Network (TAN) Outstanding Visionary Leadership Award.
His previous professional experience includes being lead engineer at Jacobs and project manager in electrical infrastructure as a part of OCP expansion strategy program. Mohamed studies at the Ecole des Ponts Paristech (ENPC) Business School in Paris. His executive MBA thesis is titled “Real Options valuation of OCP’s renewable energy projects.”
Additionally, he has been awarded by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) for the photo exhibition “Women Count.” Before beginning his professional career in journalism and photography, he founded Argentina Elections, a leading informative website on elections. This website was nominated by Politics Online and World e-Gov Forum as one of the top ten websites changing the world of internet and politics.
