Renata H. Dalaqua

She holds a PhD degree in History and Politics from Getulio Vargas Foundation (2017) and a MA in International Politics and Security from University College London (2011). Her main research interests combine technology and policy, such as energy governance and dual-use technology controls.

Ayman Cherkaoui

Cherkaoui has also worked for Valyans Consulting, IATA and Air Liquide. He holds a M.Sc. in Finance (EM Lyon), a Law degree (Université de Montréal) and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (McGill University). He also holds degrees in business sustainability (University of Cambridge), climate change adaptation (University of Oxford) as well as a number of certificates in environment and diplomacy from various universities. He has published on law, investment and climate adaptation topics and has spoken in/moderated dozens of international conferences.

Seyi Oyenuga

The company leverages innovative technology and processes to enhance productivity through a mainly youth workforce and smallholder farmer network. Seyi’s efforts have led to the introduction of precision agriculture methods through remote monitoring and drone remote sensing to increase efficiency.  Previously, he founded an infrastructure contracting company based in Washington, DC.

Chimaobi Nna

He worked as a Team Lead in the National Energy Efficiency Project sponsored by UNDP and GEF (2011-2015), as a Trainer for the HOMER Software in Nigeria sponsored by ECREEE (2013) and ISO 50001 and Energy Management projects for GIZ (2015-2017). Chimaobi has nine scholarly publications and has an award for Outstanding Contribution to Power in Nigeria (2016-2017). He holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the prestigious University of Lagos.

Anas Oulmidi

He is also the national coordinator of physician across continent, which is an international NGO which brings health projects for the African continent and encourages the south-south exchange of experiences. In parallel, he is vice-president of the Moroccan intern association who has a scientific vocation and is a member of the office of TIZI, an initiative that aims to promote public debate. He completed his internship at the Harvard University emerging leader program in 2016.

Vicky Ngari-Wilson

Excelling in creative strategy, she wants to drive influential figures in popular culture as positive change agents as a way to encourage the masses in social and environmental consciousness in their consumer behavior and career goals. Vicky founded Good Ambition, a collective of social enterprises and youth organizations, delivering social entrepreneurship and innovation training alongside employment and leadership skills for young people. Her activities have led to deep exploration into the future workforce and is at the early stages of creating a digital solution that re-invents the CV.

Noura Alj

Her previous professional experience includes coordinating conferences in Africa to promote tourism. While completing her Bachelors of Science Degree with a concentration in Tourism Development at New York University, Noura worked for a restaurant group with ambitions to grow and develop internationally.

Malancha Chakrabarty

Malancha is particularly interested in understanding the impact of emerging countries such as India, China and Brazil on Africa's development process. She also works on food security and nutrition related issues and holds a PhD in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her PhD thesis explored the nature and impact of Chinese trade, investment, and development cooperation in three sub-Saharan African countries namely Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Ethiopia.

Màrcio Fortes

From 1989 to 1991, Márcio was President of BANERJ State Bank and provided credit for citizens and to small sized companies. He was Secretary for Public Works and after Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Rio de Janeiro State. He attracted foreign and local investors for industrial plants, innovative activities and investment in infrastructure. Had 3 Federal Deputy mandates and served at the Board of PSDB - Brazilian Political Party. He was also - from 1979 to 1980 - Deputy Minister of Finance.

Ibrahim Ousman Farah

In his previous work experiences, he started as an expert of housing, saving and credit cooperatives and then after served different bureaus such as 07 local administration chairman, Dire Dawa Mass Media Agency Manager and Dire Dawa Administration Agriculture, Water, Mines and Energy bureau head.
