From 2005 to 2012, Mr. El Aynaoui worked at Bank Al-Maghrib, the Central Bank of Morocco. He was the Director of Economics and International Relations, where he provided strategic leadership in defining and supporting monetary policy analysis and strategy. He was also in charge of the Statistical and International Relations Divisions of the Central Bank, led the research division and was a member of the Governor’s Cabinet.
During his 25 years of experience, Mohcine Jazouli has advised large institutions and state-owned companies. He has also advised African governments in the design and deployment of their sector strategies.
Joseph is the moderator the Commonwealth Africa Initiative and is also a member of the African Union’s iDove initiative – a grassroots youth effort to counter violent extremism on the continent. A former Cairo correspondent for Radio Free Europe during the Arab Spring, Joseph has also reported from four continents on issues ranging from the Arab Spring to the M23 rebellion in the Eastern Congo.
Through his leadership of the citizens’ engagement work of the AGA, the AU launched the ‘#DGTrends’ – Democratic Governance Trends as a trend monitoring tool aimed at broadening African citizen’s engagement and interaction with the AU Organs and Institutions with democratic governance mandates. Since 2013 till date, the DGtrends campaign has focused on galvanising citizen’s support for the AU Agenda 2063 and particularly its aspirations for democracy, peace and prosperity.
She has earned a Bachelor of Social Work, and an MA in Human Rights from the University of Fort Hare in South Africa, respectively. She followed this by completing a two-year mobility Erasmus Mundus MA in Advanced Development in Social Work, from the University of Lincoln, Aalborg University, Instituto Superior de Ciencias Sociais e Politicas, Universidade De Lisboa and Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Defense.

Santiago is the founder of Cómo Lo Cambiarías, an organization that has brought XXI century skills to schools in Colombia and Diseña Tu País, a creative think-do tank that is incubating innovative projects for Colombian pressing issues which was created in alliance with Stanford University.
He was awarded an Honorary Diploma of New Leaders for Tomorrow by the Crans Montana Forum in Vienna, Austria (June 2016), On Spot Best Guest of the Year Award by West Coast Radio in The Gambia (September 2016), the First Global Youth Policies Forum Medal in the Republic of Azerbaijan (October 2014) and Special Recognition Award by the Pan African Humanitarian Awards Board in Tanzania (November 2017).
In her career, she has led integration and advocacy for the United Nations in Angola; managed programs for WINGS, a membership organization that promotes philanthropy infrastructure; and implemented a Fellowship program for Yunus&Youth, a social business supported by Muhammad Yunus, connecting young social entrepreneurs with mentors from the corporate sector.
Anders has experience in public policy including developing and implementing political strategies, political framework conditions, international trade policy, as well as experience from international organisations and foreign affairs. Having worked or studied in six different countries he has substantial international experience. He holds an MA in Geopolitics, Territory and Security from King's College in London and a BA in International Relations & Politics from London Metropolitan University.
