Nicola is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and has served as Zimbabwe Youth Council's Head of Education, Entreprenuership Training and Skills Development. In 2013, she was appointed as Zimbabwe's Secretary for International Affairs under the Organisation of African Youth. During her 4 years as a youth legislator, she served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senator in the Junior Parliament of Zimbabwe. Nicola is a renowned international speaker on issues of sustainable wealth creation through mining in Africa and a vast receiver of leadership awards in the past years.
