After 4 years of experience in strategy consulting and digital transformation, she learnt coding in such an intensive way that it was an empowering experience which taught her how to translate any idea into a not-so-capital intensive business and prepared her to be an entrepreneur with a developer mindset.  She set up Le Wagon, the #1 coding bootcamp worldwide, in Casablanca, the first African location of the network. Prior to founding Le Wagon Morocco and the social initiative Douar Tech, Hanae worked as influence consultant at Altermind and digital strategy consultant at Eleven in Paris, participating in setting up one of the first Parisian startup studios. She’s also taken part in the board of Led By HER, a social incubator that helps women entrepreneurs that have suffered violence. Hanae holds a Bachelor in Sciences and Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris with a year-program at Wharton School of Business, a Bachelor in Science and Technology from Université Pierre et Marie Curie, a Bachelor of Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I), a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a Master in Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris.
