Its main objective is to identify both emerging issues important to the Mediterranean region and transatlantic policy implications. The series is organized in partnership with the Compagnia di San Paolo, the OCP Policy Center, and Noble Energy.
The two-day meeting will focus on the place of the Mediterranean in the global outlook of old and new actors in Mediterranean trade, investment, and development; the security and geopolitical equation; and the compatibility of these roles with transatlantic interests.
