He has previously worked as a Reporter at Large, a Managing Editor and an Op-Ed staff writer with Estadão, and a Radio Producer with BBC.
He has a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of São Paulo. His dissertation has originated his book “O Destino do Jornal” (The newspaper’s destiny, 2008), a research on the three major newspapers in Brazil — Estadão, Folha and O Globo — in the information society. He is also the author of “Viagem ao Mundo dos Taleban” (Traveling to the Taliban world, 2002)
