She has experience in empowering youth and women through entrepreneurship, skills training and mentorship. Her previous project experience ranges from the Old Mutual Women Micro-Business Project with the Centre for Enterprise Development in Namibia, the Aspire Namibia Women Project and the House of Women Summit. Katrina recently worked on programs aimed at developing girls with Girls Inc. of Long Island in New York through the Community Solutions Program. She holds an Entrepreneurship Honours Degree from the Namibia University of Science and Technology, and is currently studying for an MBA in Management Strategy.
