OCP Policy Center a le plaisir de recevoir M. Abdallah Saaf, Senior Fellow, OCP Policy Center pour la présentation de son projet de papier portant sur les relations entre l’Inde et le Maghreb, le 24 Avril à 17h dans les locaux de l’OCP Policy Center. 

Cette présentation sera accompagnée d’une discussion sur le document qui traite des rapports entre le Maghreb et une puissance émergente comme l’Inde, ainsi que la posture de la région maghrébine dans les transformations en cours, en l’occurrence en Asie.

About the Speaker :

  • Abdallah Saaf

    Abdallah Saaf is a professor of Political sciences at Mohamed V Rabat University, Director of the Center for Studies in Social Sciences Research (CERSS), Founder of the Moroccan Association of Political Science, Director of Abhath Review, as well as Senior Fellow at OCP Policy Center who focuses on political science, international relations, policies and development strategies and public policies. Professor Saaf was a member of the commission in charge of revising the Constitution during July 2011, and member of the Scientific Committee at the Global Forum for Humans rights. Professor Saaf is a former Minister of Education from 1998 to 2004. He also manages an annual publication called “Strategic Report of Morocco” since 1995.
